Silver Stars Announce 2008 Broadcast Schedule for Western Conference Semi-Finals Series vs. Monarchs

SAN ANTONIO, September 16, 2008 – The San Antonio Silver Stars today announced their broadcast schedule for the 2008 WNBA Western Conference Semi-Finals, best-of-three series, against the Sacramento Monarchs.

Game 1 tips-off on Thursday, September 18 in Sacramento with ESPN2 carrying the game live at 8 p.m. CST. Local partner KMYS (My 35) will broadcast Game 2 of the series with Silver Stars play-by-play announcer Andrew Monaco and analyst Marsha Sharp calling the action live from the AT&T Center on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. If necessary, Game 3 coverage will be announced at a later date.

All Silver Stars playoff games can be heard on local radio partner KTKR (760 AM) with Andrew Monaco calling the games. Andy Everett will fill in as necessary.
